First incident of physical abuse leads to divorce.

July 26, 2026 - Throwing Them Out of the House
The weekend of July 25-26, 2026 was one of Typhon's custodial weekends. As I explained in an earlier post, only Ursula and Peter decided to go to Typhon's house that weekend. Huck didn't want to go after what Typhon did the week before and the previous Sunday night, and Ramona never wants to go. Bear with me - it's a bit of a set up before we get to the incident itself. The provision about how to handle summer break in our Custody Agreement is a little complicated. The ki

August 21, 2026 - Refusing to Take No For An Answer - Part 1
This is so typical Typhon, and I'm still learning parts of the story. On the morning of August 21, Typhon and I had a scheduling hearing on one of the many Petitions for a Rule to Show Cause he has filed against me in our divorce case. The scheduling hearing for the Rule to Show C

As part of the Divorce Agreement, Typhon agreed to sign an Income Deduction Order so that his wages would be garnished and I wouldn’t have to rely on him paying child support -- it would come directly out of his paycheck instead. Unsurprisingly, as soon as the divorce was finalized, Typhon reneged on that agreement and absolutely refused to sign any Income Deduction Order. My attorney, Atticus, filed a motion to have an Income Deduction Order entered against him a few week

Navigating Life After a Narcissistic Ex
Part of the reason it took me so long to leave my narcissistic ex was the fear of what waited for me on the other side. Now that I have left, I can say without a doubt that leaving that toxic relationship was the best decision I ever made. Even so, this new world I find myself in has been filled with uncertainty and emotional turmoil. Part of it has been due to the ongoing antics of my ex, which you'll read about in this blog. Part of it has been learning to navigating as
